Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Each pendant is custom-made to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for production before your order is shipped. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping on all orders. Free shipping on orders over €99.

Estimated delivery times after production:

Europe (EU): 5–10 business days
United States & Canada: 10–20 business days
Rest of World: 10–25 business days

Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.

Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped to the United States are shipped with duties prepaid (DDP) — you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. For orders shipped to other countries outside the European Union, your package may be subject to customs duties and import taxes depending on your local regulations. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at infoeyescaptured@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your order. If a package is confirmed lost, we will reship your order or issue a full refund.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Reshipping due to an incorrect address may incur additional charges.
