Each pendant is custom-made just for you. Production takes 2–4 business days, and shipping times depend on your location: 5–10 business days for Europe, 10–20 business days for the US & Canada, and 10–20 business days for the rest of the world.

Since every pendant is custom-made to replicate a specific eye, we cannot offer returns based on change of mind. However, if your pendant arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the eye photo you provided, we will offer a free remake or a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Yes! All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your pendant has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.
